Skuldelev 3 - Viking Trader

The Skuldelev ships are a group of five well preserved 11th century ships from the Viking period, found in the Roskilde Fjord in Denmark near the town of Skuldelev. Skuldelev 3 was a small coastal ship, probably used for trading, and is the best preserved of the ships found. It would have been about 14 m long and 3.3 m wide. It had an estimated cargo capacity of less than 5 tons, and probably a crew of between 5-8 men.

The material uses vertex colors to determine where the paint goes, and to add wear. I also made variations in sail position, and hull color. I feel like it's come a long way from the WIP images (https://www.artstation.com/artwork/GXrP1B) both in terms of material and lighting. Rendered in Eevee, unless otherwise specified.
